Over £10,000 raised at The Funding Network

On the 22nd of April, Footsteps had the opportunity to present the project for the girl's dormitory at Magunga Secondary School to The Funding Network.

The result was a great total of £10,387.

We would like to thank everyone who came on the day and who supported this project.  Education of girls in the developing world is such an important issue as shown in reports from bodies such as the World Bank.  This will definitely make a difference to the community.

Please see their website for more details of the work done by The Funding Network.  http://www.thefundingnetwork.org.uk
